My vegetables. Cut the zucchini into thin rings and into quarters.
Washed the chicken fillet, cut it into thin slices (across the breast, cut the long pieces in half)
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Especially large ones were cut into quarters. Grind a clove of garlic.
Heat the pan well, add oil. Fry the breast separately, stirring occasionally.
When the breast is ready, add zucchini and garlic. Fry over high heat until the zucchini is fully cooked. (In the process, I drained the excess liquid). Do not forget to mix well.
At the end, add tomatoes and salt. After mixing well, covered with a lid and reduced the heat, kept for a few more minutes until the tomatoes became soft.
