How to make Georgian walnut and garlic sauce? Very simple! Start by preparing the necessary ingredients on the list. green basil is better. To taste, it is no different from ordinary basil. Yogurt is suitable for any fat content. I have 6%.
You can pre-dry the walnuts in a dry frying pan. Then chop the nuts with a knife into smaller pieces.
Peel the garlic cloves and chop with a knife. Optionally, you can replace fresh garlic with 1-2 tsp. dry. If you want a sauce that is softer in taste, without spiciness, you can not add garlic at all.
