Preheat oven to 175 °C. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, pour in kefir, add a pinch of salt, and gently stir. You have the base for the perfect filling!
Lightly grease a rectangular baking dish. Place one sheet of lavash so that the edges hang over. Brush the lavash with the kefir mixture, spread a third of the cottage cheese filling. Cover with the next sheet of lavash and pour over the kefir mixture again. Prepare the layers for your future achma!
Repeat the layers until the ingredients are finished. The last should be pita bread. Fold in the overhanging edges, pour the remaining kefir sauce, and spread cubes of butter over the surface. Let the butter melt and give the dish an appetizing crust!
Place the achma in the oven and bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden brown. Let the finished pie cool slightly in the pan. Serve the achma warm or completely cooled and enjoy the delicate taste!
Crumble the feta cheese and cottage cheese with a fork, lightly pepper and mix. Add finely chopped greens to your liking - they will give the dish a fresh aroma and unique taste!
