Start preparing the salad by preparing the eggs. Immerse them in cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 7-9 minutes with a pinch of salt. Cool the eggs in cold water to easily peel them from the shell.
For convenience, grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater after 20-30 minutes of chilling in the freezer. Cut the ham into strips, and also grate the boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
Use a culinary ring to create layers of salad or arrange it on a flat dish, carefully leveling each layer with a spoon. Prepare the ingredients.
Layer the salad, carefully coating each layer with mayonnaise. Start with the eggs, then ham and cheese. Finish with a layer of spicy Korean carrots. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to allow it to infuse and chill.
