Turkish salad stands out for its freshness and simplicity, making it a popular choice for summer menus. This cool, crisp, and refreshing salad is made with small, young cucumbers and served with a yogurt dressing featuring spicy mint and dill. Fresh herbs lend a unique aroma to the dish, while red onion adds a sweet note with a hint of piquancy. Turkish salad pairs well with Mediterranean cuisine and complements both chicken and fish.
