Turkey meat is tender and low-calorie, perfect for everyday or dietetic meals. Because the turkey fillet is finely diced rather than ground, it retains its juiciness. For easier slicing, it's best to use slightly frozen meat. If you have chilled turkey, place it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. Starch and a chicken egg are added to the mince to bind the ingredients, making the patties especially appetizing.

Prepare the turkey: thaw, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry with paper towels. Peel and wash the garlic. Rinse the chicken egg.
Dice the turkey fillet into very small cubes. Transfer the minced meat to a deep bowl.
Press the garlic. Add the chicken egg, minced garlic, salt, and mayonnaise to the turkey. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Add the starch to the minced meat and mix thoroughly once more. Place the minced meat in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow it to set.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Form the patties by hand and fry them for 5-6 minutes on each side over medium heat until golden brown.
Cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to minimum. Cook the patties for another 15 minutes until they are fully cooked through and juicy.
Serve the flavorful cutlets with a side of vegetable salad and ketchup, if desired. Enjoy your meal!
