Prepare all ingredients: sift the flour, thaw the minced meat, peel the onions. Get your mixer and pancake griddle ready.
Place a chicken egg in a small saucepan and cover it completely with water. Boil on medium heat for 10 minutes after the water comes to a boil.
Cool the boiled egg in cold water for 10 minutes, then carefully peel the shell.
Finely chop the onion.
Slice the olives into thin rounds.
Dice the boiled chicken egg into small cubes.
Heat a pancake griddle over high heat. Pour a small amount of batter onto the griddle and spread it evenly by tilting the pan. Cook the thin pancakes over medium heat for 30-60 seconds on each side until golden brown.
Place 1-2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each pancake and carefully fold it into a square.
Serve these delightful pancakes with mayonnaise or your favorite sauce to fully enhance their flavor!
Whisk the chicken egg and milk together until smooth.
Add a pinch of salt and sugar, then mix thoroughly.
Add the flour and beat the mixture with a mixer until all lumps disappear.
Pour in a tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir again. Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes to allow the gluten in the flour to swell, making the pancakes more tender.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Sauté the onion over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring frequently until golden brown.
Add the minced meat to the onions, stir, and fry together for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with a pinch of salt and a pepper blend, mix, and cook for another 2 minutes until the meat is done.
Add the sliced olives and chicken egg to the minced meat in the pan. Stir thoroughly and turn off the heat.
