Thoroughly wash and dry the mushrooms. If the shrimp are frozen, thaw them. Peel the garlic. Rinse and dry the quail eggs. Prepare a garlic press, baking sheet, and parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms to create a hollow. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the mushrooms on it, hollow-side up.
Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste. Place the shrimp in each mushroom cap indentation.
Press the garlic. Add a small amount of minced garlic to each mushroom.
Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste. Carefully crack one quail egg into each mushroom.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the mushrooms. Place the baking sheet with the mushrooms in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes until done.
Arrange fresh lettuce leaves on a flat dish, then carefully place the baked mushrooms on top. Serve immediately and enjoy this delightful dish!
