Prepare all ingredients: thoroughly wash and pat dry the chicken breast, then debone and remove any membranes. Wash and peel the potatoes and onions. Rinse the fresh green onions and parsley. Prepare a baking sleeve with ties, a baking sheet, and a serving plate. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Slice the chicken fillet into neat pieces, about 3 cm in size. Cut the potatoes into cubes with sides of 2-2.5 cm.
Slice the onion into thin half-rings. Finely chop the fresh green onions and fragrant parsley.
Carefully place the sliced chicken fillet, potatoes, and onion into a baking sleeve. Sprinkle everything with salt and pepper, then mix thoroughly. Secure the edges of the sleeve with clips.
Place the sleeve with its contents on a baking sheet and put it into an oven preheated to 200°C. Bake the chicken and vegetables for 30-35 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and carefully unwrap the sleeve. Sprinkle the chicken with fresh green onions and parsley, then return it to the oven for another 10 minutes. After that, transfer the cooked chicken breast and vegetables to a serving dish.
Serve tender chicken breast, baked in a cooking bag, with a refreshing sauce made from natural yogurt, aromatic garlic, and fresh dill.
