For crumbly pilaf, you need to use high-quality rice. Basmati or jasmine rice would be excellent choices. It's equally important to select good meat. If you prefer a less caloric pilaf, opt for shoulder or tenderloin cuts. For a richer dish, brisket would be suitable.

If necessary, thaw the meat, wash it thoroughly, and pat it dry with paper towels. Rinse the rice several times under running water. Wash and peel the vegetables. Boil water in advance. Prepare the slow cooker.
Cut the pork into small pieces. Set the multicooker to "Fry" mode for 30 minutes. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl and add the meat pieces. Cook the pork until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Dice the onion and carrots into medium cubes, add them to the meat, and mix. Sauté the ingredients for 2-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, transfer the rice to the slow cooker and pour water over everything. Season the pilaf with spices to your liking, and stir. Select the "Bake" mode for 20 minutes and wait for the pilaf to cook through.
Serve the fragrant pork pilaf on individual plates. Fresh vegetables or a light salad can be added to the dish if desired.
