Chicken breast is the perfect source of protein for your lunch or dinner. To keep it incredibly juicy, it's important to cook it correctly. In this recipe, we not only bake the chicken, preserving all its tenderness, but also add a delightful stuffing inside that will transform an ordinary dish into a true culinary masterpiece. Smoked paprika - 0.3 tsp.
Ground black pepper - 0.3 tsp.
Salt - to taste
Curry - 0.3 tsp.
Spinach - 50 g
Mozzarella - 80 g
Tomato - 2 pcs.

Prepare all the ingredients. In advance, create parchment paper boats, secured at the edges with twine.
Make incisions in the chicken breast: a straight cut down the middle and then inside along the sides of the first cut. You need to create a pocket inside the breast.
Season the chicken breast with spices: smoked paprika, black pepper, curry, and salt. Brush with extra virgin olive oil.
Slice the spinach into strips, the tomatoes into wedges, and the mozzarella into small pieces. Transfer all ingredients to a bowl, season with salt, and mix.
Place the filling into the chicken breast and pack it in tightly.
Place the stuffed chicken breast into parchment paper boats. Put the chicken in the oven and bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
The chicken breast can be served as a standalone main course, or it can be accompanied by a side dish of bulgur, rice, or baked potatoes.
