Mayonnaise is always a lifesaver when you need to marinate and bake chicken in the oven. And if you combine it with garlic and mustard, you'll get a very aromatic marinade. It will give the baked pieces a bright creamy taste and an appetizing golden crust. Chicken thighs will be especially delicious with this marinade. When baked in a sleeve, they stew simultaneously in both the sauce and their own juices, steaming well and becoming tender.

Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs. Wash and peel the garlic. Prepare a bowl with a lid, a garlic press, a baking sleeve with clips, a baking sheet, and a serving dish. Before you start baking, preheat the oven to 200℃.
Press the garlic cloves, then transfer them to a bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and the chicken seasoning blend. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Submerge the chicken thighs in the marinade, mixing them to ensure they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 40-50 minutes.
Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator. Transfer the chicken thighs and marinade into a baking bag.
Securely fasten the roasting bag with clips and place it on a baking sheet. Put the baking sheet in the oven and roast the chicken for 25-30 minutes.
Serve oven-baked chicken thighs with roasted potatoes and pickled cherry tomatoes.
