Invigorating coffee meets the tenderness of milk and the sweetness of cocoa in this drink, creating a perfect combination not only for breakfast but for any moment of the day. Mochaccino can even enhance a romantic evening. For the drink to layer beautifully, it's important to make the cocoa thick and let it cool, while heating the milk and coffee to different temperatures: gently warm the milk, and leave the coffee hot.

Prepare a saucepan, a Cezve, and a blender or mixer.
Dissolve the cocoa powder in a saucepan with 0.5 cups of water. Place over low heat and bring to a boil.
Pour in 4 tablespoons of milk and add the sugar. Continue to cook, stirring, until the drink thickens. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Pour the ground coffee into the cezve and add the remaining water. Bring to a boil over low heat. Strain the beverage, then wash the cezve. Pour the strained coffee back into the clean cezve and bring to a boil again over low heat.
Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan and heat until warm. Do not bring to a boil or heat more than the coffee.
Pour the cocoa into transparent glasses. Carefully pour in the milk.
Place a spoon in the glass and carefully pour the hot coffee over it. Repeat the same process with the second serving.
Garnish the mochaccino glasses with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
