Begin by preparing: thaw the shrimp, then carefully peel them, removing the shells, intestinal veins, heads, and tails. Rinse thoroughly. Prepare the zucchini and garlic by peeling them. Ensure your frying pan is ready for use.
Slice the zucchini into neat rounds, about 4–5 mm thick. This will ensure even cooking and an attractive presentation.
Melt the butter in a pan. Add the rosemary sprigs and garlic cut in half. Sauté them for about 1 minute to infuse the butter with their aroma.
Remove the garlic and rosemary from the pan, leaving the infused oil. Add the sliced zucchini and cook for 1.5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove the zucchini from the pan. Now it's time for the shrimp: place them in the same pan and fry them on both sides until they develop an appetizing golden-brown crust.
Arrange the fried shrimp over the zucchini. Season the appetizer with salt and pepper to taste, to enhance its vibrant flavor.
