Start by preparing: thoroughly wash and peel the garlic. Rinse the fresh herbs and gently pat them dry.
Finely chop the fresh herbs and dice the pickled cucumbers into small pieces. Mince the garlic with a knife or press it to release its aroma.
Transfer the cottage cheese to a deep bowl. Add mayonnaise and minced garlic. Blend the mixture with an immersion blender until a smooth and fluffy cream is formed, or simply stir thoroughly with a spoon until the desired consistency is reached.
Spread a sheet of lavash on the table and evenly distribute the cream cheese over it. Generously sprinkle with chopped herbs on top.
Arrange the sliced pickles over the cottage cheese and herb layer. Cover with the second sheet of lavash and carefully roll all the filling into a tight roll. Place the roll in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to chill and set properly.
Cut the chilled lavash roll with filling into portioned pieces and serve this refreshing appetizer.
