Begin by preparing: thoroughly wash the tomato and lettuce leaves, then pat them dry to remove excess moisture. Peel the onion. Prepare a culinary ring, which will help create the perfect shape for your salad.
Slice the red onion into thin half-rings and transfer to a bowl. Add lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Let the onion marinate for 30 minutes to tenderize and infuse with flavor.
Boil the chicken fillet in simmering water until thoroughly cooked, which will take approximately 20 minutes, depending on its size. Allow the fillet to cool, then dice it into small cubes.
While the chicken is cooking, hard-boil the eggs for 10 minutes after the water comes to a boil. Afterward, quickly chill them in ice water, peel, and grate them.
Place a cooking ring on the serving plate. Arrange the chopped chicken at the bottom and cover it with a thin lattice of mayonnaise.
Next, carefully arrange the marinated onions, distributing them evenly over the chicken.
Evenly distribute the grated eggs over the onions and cover them again with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Grate the hard cheese and sprinkle it over the layer of eggs. On top, draw another thin mayonnaise net.
Dice the tomato finely and arrange it as the top layer. Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that all the layers can thoroughly absorb each other's flavors and aromas.
Before serving, carefully remove the culinary ring from the salad and garnish it with fresh parsley leaves. Enjoy your meal!
