Start by preparing the bread and cheese: cut the Borodinsky bread into 2 cm cubes. If desired, you can trim the crusts beforehand. Then, cut the Adyghe cheese into neat cubes of the same size.
Prepare a fragrant dressing: finely chop fresh dill. Crush and peel the garlic cloves, then chop them equally finely. Mix the dill and garlic with unrefined sunflower oil and salt. Pour half of this aromatic mixture over the sliced bread so that it has time to soak up the flavors.
Finish assembling the salad: halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes, depending on their size. In a large bowl, gently combine the prepared tomatoes, the soaked bread, the cubed Adyghe cheese, and the remaining aromatic dressing. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
