If sour cream isn't on hand, no problem – cream or milk will do the trick perfectly, making the side dish even softer and more refined.

Cauliflower - 300 g
Water - 1 l
Mini Button Mushrooms - 200 g
Butter 82.5% - 50 g
Onions 2 pcs. - 1 pcs.
Sour cream 33% - 100 g
Carrot 1 pc. - 1 pcs.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l. - 2 tbsp.
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste

Wash the vegetables thoroughly and dry them with paper towels. Peel the onion and carrots. Rinse any dirt off the mushrooms. Prepare a pot, grater, and frying pan.
Place a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Separate the cabbage into florets. Once the water boils, add the cabbage to it. Boil for 8-10 minutes until tender.
Dice the onion finely and grate the carrot.
Place a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat. Wait until it heats up, then add the chopped vegetables. Fry them for 5 minutes.
Dice the mushrooms and add them to the pan. Also, add the cauliflower and mix thoroughly. Simmer the dish for another 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finally, add sour cream, salt, pepper, and butter to the pan, and mix well. Keep the dish on the heat for another 5 minutes, then remove it from the stove.
Serve the cooked cauliflower and mushrooms immediately while hot to savor their fresh taste.
