Discover a new method for preparing your favorite snack! These cheese balls, traditionally deep-fried, can now be made completely oil-free using an air fryer. Simply coat them in breadcrumbs and place them on the rack. In just 10 minutes, you'll have perfect, golden-brown, crispy-crusted balls that will make an excellent addition to any table.

To begin, prepare your air fryer by inserting the rack. This will ensure even cooking and a crispy crust.
Grate the cheese finely. Carefully separate the egg white from the yolk. Add the egg white to the grated cheese. Set the yolk aside for now; it will be needed a little later.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour with salt, then gradually add this mixture to the cheese mass. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is achieved, ensuring the flour is evenly distributed.
In a small bowl, combine the egg yolk with water. On a separate plate, spread the breadcrumbs so they are ready for use.
Form neat balls from the cheese mixture, roughly the size of a Chupa Chups. This will give them the perfect shape for baking.
Dip each ball first in the yolk mixture, then thoroughly coat it in breadcrumbs. Repeat this process twice to create a thick and crispy crust.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Arrange the balls on the rack and set the timer for 10 minutes. Ensure the balls turn golden brown.
Serve these delightful cheese balls with your favorite dipping sauces. Ketchup, sweet and sour, or garlic sauce would be excellent choices to enhance their flavor.
