Begin by preparing all ingredients: thaw the shrimp, thoroughly wash and dry the chili pepper, physalis, and grapes. Remove the grapes from their stems. For the pepper, remove the stem and seeds. Peel the garlic. Have wooden skewers ready so everything is at hand.
Slice the chili pepper into thin rings and press the garlic. In a separate bowl, combine lemon juice, vegetable oil, minced garlic, chili pepper, sea salt, and a sprig of rosemary. Mix all ingredients thoroughly to create a fragrant marinade.
Submerge the shrimp in the prepared marinade. Gently toss to ensure each shrimp is coated with the flavorful mixture. Allow the seafood to marinate for 30 minutes so they can absorb all the tastes and aromas.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the shrimp for 1 minute on each side until golden brown. Be careful not to overcook them, ensuring they remain tender and juicy.
