The festive "Mushroom Glade" salad is a true discovery for those who love appetizing and hearty dishes with mushrooms and meat. The combination of pickled champignons, juicy ham, boiled potatoes, eggs, and hard cheese creates a rich flavor bouquet, while aromatic herbs and spices make it even more appealing for the holiday table. Large chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
Ham - 200 g
Hard cheese - 200 g
Mayonnaise Provencal - 100 g

Greens (onion, parsley, cilantro, dill, basil) - 1 bunch

Drain the mushrooms from the marinade, place them cap-side down in a deep salad bowl or small pot.

Wash green onions, fresh dill, and parsley, pat them dry, and chop finely. Spread the chopped herbs over the mushrooms. Drizzle a thin layer of mayonnaise on top.

Wash and peel the potatoes, then boil them in salted water until tender. For added flavor, include a bay leaf and allspice in the pot with the vegetables. Allow the cooked potatoes to cool to room temperature, then grate them coarsely and spread them over the greens. Season with black pepper to taste, and gently press down the salad with a spoon. Spread a layer of mayonnaise over the vegetables.

Boil the chicken eggs until hard, cool them in cold water, and peel them. Grate the eggs coarsely and place them in a salad bowl. Add salt and black ground pepper to taste, then drizzle with mayonnaise.

Cut the ham into strips and add it to the salad. Spread mayonnaise over the meat layer.

Grate the hard cheese on a large grater and spread it over the ham. There is no need to add mayonnaise on top.

Cover the salad with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Then, place a flat plate over the salad bowl and carefully invert the "Mushroom Glade" upside down.
