Georgian walnut and spice appetizer - a balanced recipe featuring: Walnuts, Garlic, Red pepper flakes, Ground coriander, Utskho-suneli, White wine vinegar (15 minutes, 1014 kcal).

Place the walnuts in a blender or food processor. Pulse until they reach the consistency of fine crumbs, but do not turn them into a paste.
Combine the nuts with the minced garlic, red pepper flakes, ground coriander, blue fenugreek, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Pour in the wine vinegar and water. Continue mixing with a blender until the mixture is uniform but crumbly. If the mass seems too dry, add a little more water, one teaspoon at a time.
Transfer the appetizer to a small bowl. Serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
