We mince the pork, I chopped the onion with a food processor, but you can also just dice it. Season with salt, add spices (whatever you like, I used chat masala), then add milk and a raw egg. Mix thoroughly.

Pour oil into a heated pan. I didn't form the patties by hand; instead, I spooned the minced meat. Fry lightly, then flip and cover with a lid. Juices will release, and the patties will simmer in them.
