Take 300 grams of potatoes boiled in a jacket, peel them, mash them with a fork, add an egg and 100 grams of flour (I have wheat of the highest grade), mix everything properly, roll it into a bundle and cut it into small pieces

Fry the resulting pieces in a small amount of sunflower oil (or in a dry pan, if you have a good non-stick pan), remove the fried dumplings from the pan.

Put and fry the onion in a pan

Add 300 g of mushrooms to the onion (I have frozen white mushrooms), fry them slightly

Add|add| sour cream and cream, cover with a lid and put out a little

Add chopped parsley and nutmeg
