A light, simple treat made from frozen berries. They are not thermally processed, so they retain their taste properties and the aroma of summer. Gelatin additives (a source of collagen) in its composition improve the condition of bones, joint mobility, and provide relief from arthritis. Additionally, gelatin is a source of protein, positively affecting metabolic processes, contributing to improved brain function, muscle and nervous systems. Gelatin helps with weight loss by suppressing the feeling of hunger. However, do not overindulge. Excessive gelatin in the diet creates conditions for the formation of oxalate stones (from oxalic acid salts), leading to kidney stones and gallstones. Excess gelatin increases blood clotting, which is contraindicated in atherosclerosis and a tendency to thrombophlebitis.

Prepare all ingredients. I took frozen berries, but you can take any, they can be fresh. Gelatin is best to choose powdered.
Grind frozen berries in a blender. Add sweetener.
Place yam seeds in berry puree.
Leave to swell while the gelatin is prepared.
Pour gelatin with cold boiled water. The proportion is for one tablespoon of gelatin three tablespoons of water. Leave for 20-30 minutes.
The swollen mass of gelatin must be melted in a water bath until a homogeneous liquid state. To do this, hot water is poured into the pan, into which a container with gelatin is placed. The saucepan is placed over medium heat. For complete dissolution, it is enough to heat the gelatin for 5-10 minutes. In this case, you need to constantly stir so that the mass remains homogeneous. It is important to ensure that the gelatin does not boil - otherwise it will lose its binding properties.
Gently mix the cold, cooled mass of melted gelatin with berry puree. Pour into moulds. It is better to use silicone molds, it is easiest to remove jelly from them. If iron, then grease with a little ice-cold butter.
Place in refrigerator to chill for 1-2 hours. Remove from molds and serve as a separate dish.
