Boil the rice, finely chop the onion, grate the carrot on a medium grater. Finely chop the cabbage. Sauté onions, carrots and cabbage in sunflower oil. !!! There is an option to chop the onion and cabbage in a food processor or pass all the vegetables through a meat grinder and do not puree and take the rice raw, then the time of extinguishing the cabbage rolls in the sauce will increase (then add flour to the sauce at the end or not at all)
Pass the pork through a meat grinder. Add sautéed vegetables and rice to it. Egg, salt, pepper and 100 ml of water for the plasticity of the minced meat and less stickiness to the hands.
Form cabbage rolls. Roll them in flour and lightly fry in oil until golden. Place all cabbage rolls in a deep pan.
Mix the tomato paste with sour cream, add the remaining flour (about 1 tablespoon) and dilute the mixture with water. Pour the resulting sauce over the cabbage rolls. When the sauce boils, cook for another 5-10 minutes. Done! Bon appetit!
