An omelet from leftovers. A bit of cabbage and pepper salad, sausage, the last piece of bread, eggs (4 pieces of category 2 left), a tomato (frozen), milk ... basically whatever is left in the fridge and cannot be divided among the three family members.

Beat the eggs with a fork, add milk and salt to taste. Cut the sausage, bread and tomato into cubes (the shape is not important, the main thing is small). Cut the greens (I cut them frozen). Add everything to the eggs, mix. The omelet mixture is ready.
Cabbage and pepper are leftovers from my salad and I decided to lightly fry them. Therefore, I immediately put them on a frying pan lightly greased with oil (a non-stick frying pan). And fried for 1-2 minutes.
Spread the omelet mixture on top. And since I don't have a lid on the pancake pan, I stir the omelet so that there is no raw egg left.
