These Chinese chicken wings are marinated overnight in a mixture of soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic powder, then baked in the oven until they are hot and crispy.

Serves:
Brown sugar - 2 cup
Garlic powder - 2 tbsp
Chicken wings - 2 kg

Combine soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.

Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the wings and stir to coat evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours to overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Pour chicken wings and marinade into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven until hot throughout, about 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve hot.
