Wash the chicken drumsticks and allow excess liquid to drain. Place the drumsticks in a deep container.
In a separate bowl prepare the sauce. Add lemon juice, mustard, chopped parsley, garlic, salt and spices to the sour cream: curry, turmeric and pepper. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Pour sour cream sauce over the drumsticks and stir.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the drumsticks with the sauce in it.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the meat for 50 minutes until golden brown.
