I found the recipe for lime parfait on the Internet. This recipe received a lot of praise from me. I was racking my brains over a dessert for Thanksgiving and tried several different ways to create a variation of lime parfait. At first, I tried pomegranate and cranberry juice, both 100%. They were too wet. So a light bulb went off in my head, and I thought it would be better to try cranberry sauce. It worked so well! I even added it to real whipped cream, and it was very tasty.

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the sugar and bring to a boil, about 1 minute. Add graham cracker crumbs; stir until the color deepens, about 3 minutes. Turn out onto a plate to cool.
Combine the condensed milk and cranberry sauce in a bowl, mixing with a hand mixer until the mixture thickens. Put the whipping cream in a separate bowl and beat with an electric mixer to firm peaks; add to cranberry mixture.
Place 1/4 cup cranberry mixture in each of six (8-ounce) wine glasses or glasses; put 1 tablespoon of crumbs on top of each. Repeat the layers. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, up to 4 hours.
