A wonderful snack for all family members! The meat will be more tender if it stands in the marinade longer. During frying in a pan, strips absorb more oil, so I prefer a deep fryer. It turns out very tender, juicy, and combined with a delicious sauce - simply extraordinary!

For the marinade, pour a glass of water, 2 spoons of sunflower oil, 1 teaspoon of salt and the same amount of sugar into the container. And 0.5 teaspoon each of red pepper, black pepper and dry garlic.
Cut the fillet into thin strips, and then in half. You should get oblong pieces of meat.
Put all the meat in the marinade, mix, cover with a lid - and let it marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
For breading, you need 2 proteins, 0.5 teaspoons of red pepper, black pepper and garlic. Mix it all.
Add a teaspoon of salt to a glass of flour, mix. Cornflakes don't have to be sweet. Forge them, but not too finely.
Dip each piece of meat in protein, then in flour, then again in protein and in corn breading. Place the pieces on a plate or in a frying pan.
You can fry the strips in a pan and in a deep fryer, the main thing is that there is enough oil. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden, then place on paper towels to drain excess oil. Done!
