This stew is one of my favorite dishes. I absolutely adore such recipes filled with different flavors. Aromatic, multifaceted, delicious. There is much more to describe, but it's better to try it once.

Cut hunting sausages into circles and fry in a small amount of oil until golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Remove the bone and skin from the chicken thighs. Cut the flesh into small pieces and fry until half cooked in the same pan where the sausages were fried. Then remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, fry the finely chopped onion until translucent. Add bell pepper and fry for 1 minute.
Add a tablespoon of flour to the onion and pepper and fry for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add the tomato paste, mix well and pour boiling water so that it covers the vegetables by 1 cm. Add the chopped garlic, paprika, cumin, chili flakes, salt and pepper.
Return the chicken and sausages to the pan and simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes.
Finally, add the shrimp and cook covered for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
