Garlic - 3 clove

In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients for the dough: flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
Add warm milk and butter and knead a smooth and elastic dough. Let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes, covered with a towel or film.
Knead the dough and divide it into 12 balls.
Shape them into donuts and place them in a greased baking dish. Leave them to rise for another 30 minutes.
We heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake the donuts for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Clean and finely chop the garlic. Wash and dry the dill and chop it as well.
Mix them in a small bowl. Add sunflower oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and mix well.
Pour garlic dressing over hot donuts and serve with borscht.
