This simple white cabbage salad turns out light and very interesting in taste thanks to the addition of green apple and avocado. The cabbage gives the salad volume and freshness, the apple and lemon juice add a pleasant sweet and sour taste, and the ripe avocado imparts nutty notes, tenderness, and satiety. Try it!

Thinly slice the cabbage. Peel the apple and remove the core. Remove the stone from the avocado.
Cut the apple and avocado into thin slices of the same size. Put the cabbage in a salad bowl, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and knead it with your hands to make it softer and juicier.
Add slices of apple and avocado.
Drizzle the apple and avocado with lemon juice. Dress the salad with olive oil. Add ground pepper and, if necessary, a little more salt.
Mix everything well. Serve coleslaw with avocado and apple in a salad bowl. If desired, you can decorate with fresh herbs.
