Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake the nuts on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 10 minutes.
If the nuts are already toasted, this step can be skipped. Beat cheese, eggs and nuts in a blender until smooth.
Transfer the cheese and egg mixture to a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Knead the dough.
With oiled hands, form balls weighing 20-25 g each (the size of a walnut). Place the fritters on a parchment sheet.
We heat the oil for frying. Dip a wooden skewer into it: if bubbles appear around it, you can start frying.
Carefully place the fritters in the oil and fry until golden on medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve with condensed milk.
