Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the fish fillet into portions, salt and pepper.
Finely chop the greens and mix them together cheese
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut into squares.
Place a piece of fish and some cheese and green filling on each square.
Cover the fish dough with another square and pinch the edges.
Put the blanks on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Make cuts in the center so that the dough does not swell.
Beat the egg with water and grease the workpieces. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
