Grind chicken fillet, onion, carrot, cabbage and garlic in a meat grinder.
Add salt and eggs to the chopped products. I added 2 eggs. Mix to a homogeneous minced meat.
Pour water into the pan so that it barely covers the bottom, turn on the stove on medium heat and wait for the water to start bubbling.
We put the formed cutlets in boiling water and fry them in water for 10 minutes on both sides, I fried them until they were golden brown. While the cutlets are not yet ready, add boiling water so that the juice from the cutlets does not burn. If the cutlets seem very soft and runny, you can add a tablespoon of flour, mix and leave for 20 minutes to allow the gluten in the flour to act. I didn't add any, as the cutlets stuck together by themselves as they cooked.
Cutlets in their own juice are ready! Bon appetit!
