This homemade pasta recipe is consistently excellent and easy to make with flour, eggs, salt, olive oil, and water. Roll it out by hand or use a pasta machine to cut the dough into the desired pasta shape.

Serves:
Flour - 2 cup
Eggs - 3 pc
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 2 tbsp
Olive oil Filippo Berio Olive Oil - 2 tbsp

Collect all the ingredients.

Mix the flour, eggs, olive oil and salt in a bowl until smooth. Add the water, 1 teaspoon at a time, to the flour mixture until a smooth, thick dough forms.

Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface and knead for 10 minutes. Let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes.

Divide the dough into 8 balls; Use the pasta machine to roll out and cut the dough into the desired pasta shape.
