Grind the minced meat in a meat grinder or in a blender with onions, garlic and spices. I had homemade semi-finished minced meat, so I grated the onion and passed the garlic through a press.
Finely chop the washed dill, grate the zucchini on a large grater. Add it to the minced meat along with the cheese. Add spices to taste. I have ground black pepper, spicy.
Knead the minced meat well with your hands until smooth. It is desirable to fight back, but I was too lazy.
Form patties. Fry them in a drop of fuel butter or refined oil. I cooked in a non-stick pan with a lid. The water that was in the vegetables was visible from the meatballs, so it was as if they were extinguished in their own juice. If the lid is not covered, they will be fried.
