Salt - to taste
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Cucumber - 6 pc
Sugar - ½ tsp
Yogurt - 250 g

Cut the cucumbers in half or quarters lengthwise, and then cut crosswise into thin slices.

Cut the chili pepper in half, remove the seeds and white membranes. Cut the pulp into very thin half rings. Important! Wear gloves when handling chili to avoid burning your hands.

In a bowl, combine yogurt, lime juice, sugar and salt. Add chopped cucumbers and chillies.

Combine coconut and cilantro with dressing. Stir and let the salad sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
