Wash and peel the daikon radish, then shred it on a coarse grater. Place the grated vegetables in a deep salad bowl.
Wash the cucumber, julienne it, and add it to the daikon radish.
Hard-boil the chicken eggs, cool them, peel them, and grate them. Add the grated eggs to the salad bowl with the vegetables.
Remove the crab sticks from the freezer in advance so they thaw. Peel the crab sticks from their packaging, cut them into strips, and add them to the remaining ingredients.
Drain the canned corn from the marinade and add to the salad.
Wash the green onions, slice them into thin rings, and add them to the salad.
Dress the daikon salad with a small amount of mayonnaise. Salt the dish to taste, and season with ground black pepper.
