Prepare a very delicious and satisfying salad with ham, fried mushrooms, and canned pineapple for the holiday. I served the salad in bowls, it looks very beautiful. It can also be formed in wide glasses or with a culinary ring. Thanks to the pineapple, the salad is tender and juicy. Ham and hard cheese make the dish nutritious, and mushrooms fried with onions give the salad a spicy touch. It turns out delicious, bright, and appetizing, be sure to try it!

Canned pineapples - 300 g
Fresh champignons - 350 g
Onion - 1 pcs.

Refined vegetable oil - 30 ml
Mayonnaise Provencal - 75 g
Salt - ½ tsp
Ground black pepper - ⅕ tsp

Peel the onions, dice them finely, and transfer them to a frying pan with preheated oil. Stirring occasionally, sauté the vegetables over medium heat until golden brown.
Wash fresh mushrooms and cut them into strips. Add the mushrooms to the pan with the onions.
Stir, continue frying the ingredients together until cooked. At the end of cooking, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Cool the mushrooms with onions to room temperature.
Place the mushrooms with onions in serving dishes. Drizzle a thin mayonnaise net over the top.
Cut the ham into strips and place on top of the mushrooms. Spread a small amount of mayonnaise over this layer of salad.
Hard-boil chicken eggs, cool in cold water, peel off the shells, and grate on a grater with a large surface. Place the grated eggs in a salad, add salt and black pepper to taste. Top with a thin mayonnaise net.
Grate hard cheese on a large grater and place it on top of the boiled eggs. Spread a small amount of sauce over the cheese layer.
Canned pineapple should be drained of syrup, cut into pieces, and placed on top of the salad.
Cover the prepared salad with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to infuse.
Garnish the festive dish with parsley before serving. Enjoy your meal!
