Preparation of dough for pancakes. Break the eggs into a bowl. Beat until smooth with a whisk. Next, add sugar, salt and beat again until smooth.
Next, add half of the milk and all the sifted flour. We knead the dough. When there are no lumps left, add half of the remaining milk and mix everything. Add water, stir. Advice from the dough, so that there are as few lumps as possible. At the stage of adding milk, I add half the milk and all the flour. And when all the flour has been added and mixed, I add the remaining milk and knead the dough until the end and it turns out without lumps.
Extinguish the soda with a spoonful of boiling water and add it to the dough, then stir and add oil. Mix all the ingredients until smooth.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes so that the gluten from the flour starts working. Pancakes tear less during frying.
