We put the pan on high heat, fry it, check the drops of water, if it sizzles, it means the pan is fried. Add oil and reduce the heat to medium, when the oil has melted, add the onion. Sauté the onion under the lid until transparent.
Add stew to onions, after boiling, put out for 5 minutes.
Add water, seasonings, pepper to taste, I had maggi. Maggi two teaspoons. We put on a strong fire so that it boils. Boil for 5 minutes. A special moment in the water. I usually cook 2 to 1. A glass of buckwheat and two glasses of water. But I added a little less water to this recipe, because there was broth in the stew.
Add buckwheat to the boiled broth. We mix. Wait until the buckwheat is higher than the water, then reduce the heat to a minimum.
