How to make a cake with tangerines in the oven is simple? First, prepare the products according to the list. Take flour of the highest grade. Choose large selection eggs. Take 3 small ones. Take the eggs out of the refrigerator in advance, they should be at room temperature. Choose tangerines that are sweet and fragrant. In advance, turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
Wash the tangerines, peel them and cut them into pieces.
Combine eggs with sugar and beat with a mixer until fluffy. The lightness of your pie depends on how you beat the eggs. You can't beat the mass directly to the white and to the density - the protein will lose the air bubbles that lift the dough. And in this case, even baking powder will not help. The dough will either rise completely or rise very weakly.
Add|add| sour cream and beat again until smooth.
Pour the sifted flour with baking powder in parts. Thanks to sifting, the flour will be saturated with oxygen, and the finished cake will turn out to be more tender and lush.
Beat the dough with a mixer at low speed or mix with a spatula. The dough should be viscous, semi-thick. Note that more or less flour may be needed depending on the quality of the flour and the size of the eggs. Therefore, focus on the consistency of the test.
