How to make soy meat in the oven? First, prepare the necessary products. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream or make homemade mayonnaise. You can take your favorite spices and seasonings. When adding soy sauce to a dish, keep in mind that it has a salty taste. Reduce the total amount of salt, otherwise you risk oversalting.
Pre-soak the soy meat in cold water for 10-20 minutes.
Drain the water and squeeze the soy meat slightly, then add mayonnaise and soy sauce, mix everything well.
Wash and clean all the vegetables well, cut the onion with feathers, grind the garlic under a press, cut everything else into medium pieces.
First, fry the carrots and onions in a heated pan with oil.
Then add bell pepper and tomato, fry until half cooked.
Place soy meat in soy sauce, fried vegetables and potatoes in a baking dish. Add salt, oregano and basil.
Mix everything well.
Cover the baking dish with foil and place in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Wash and dry the dill, finely chop with a knife.
Remove the foil and bake the dish for another 10-15 minutes. Serve soy meat hot, sprinkled with chopped dill. Bon appetit!
