How to make a salad of smoked chicken, carrots, fresh cucumber? Prepare the necessary products. For the salad, you can take any part of the smoked chicken: legs, thighs or breast. Fresh cucumber can be replaced with salted or pickled. Mayonnaise can be completely or partially replaced with sour cream.

Wash carrots and potatoes with a brush under running water. Place the vegetables in a saucepan, cover with water and cook at a moderate boil until tender. How to check the readiness of vegetables? Pierce the vegetables with a knife. If they are soft, they are cooked. Remove the vegetables from the water and let them cool. Peel the vegetables. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.

Also cut the carrots into cubes.

Separate the chicken meat from the bones and cut into cubes.
