How to make fried pies from dough on soda and kefir in a pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. The filling in such pies can be any. I'll be making cabbage pies, so I'm preparing everything I need to smother the cabbage.
To prepare the dough, heat the kefir to room temperature. Add sugar, salt and soda to it. Mix it up.
Beat the eggs and add the oil.
Gradually add sifted flour and knead the dough. In general, flour should be guided by the test, it may be needed more or less.
The finished dough is soft, plastic and does not stick to your hands. Cover the dough with cling film and let it rest.
Prepare the filling. Peel the onion and carrot. Cut the onion, rub the carrot on a large grater. Fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes with the addition of oil.
