Flambéed bananas with ice cream is a very tasty and fairly easy-to-make dessert for adults. It won't take much time from you, you'll spend only 20 minutes on it. At the same time, the dish will look beautiful and appetizing on the festive table. Your guests will undoubtedly be delighted! The unusual taste of the dessert is achieved by flambéing the bananas (dousing them with strong alcohol and igniting them) before serving. In fact, the word “flamber” in French translates to “blaze.” So, you won't be lying in the least if you promise your guests a dessert "with a spark."

Ice cream - 6 pcs.
Cream with fat content from 30% - 100 ml
Rum - 50 ml

Chocolate syrup - 2 tbsp
Powdered sugar - ½ tbsp
Cherries (can be canned in cocktails, from jam or compote) - 5 g

Crush the nuts coarsely and fry in a dry frying pan without oil over low heat for 1-2 minutes. Mix thoroughly with powdered sugar and set aside.
If necessary, remove the pits from the cherries and cut the berries in half. Dry the canned cherries with paper towels. Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise.
Heat the butter and cane sugar for 2-3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add bananas to oil and cook for another 3-5 minutes until softened, turning once.
Carefully pour the rum into the pan and set it on fire. As soon as the flame goes out (during this time all the alcohol vapors have evaporated), the bananas are ready. Whip the cream.
Place bananas on plates, top with a scoop of ice cream and a dollop of whipped cream. Pour chocolate syrup over the dish, garnish with cherries and sprinkle with nuts.
