How to make homemade pizza with pickles, sausage and tomatoes in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The proportions of products for the filling can be slightly changed to your taste or replaced.
To prepare the dough, heat the water to a warm state (35-39 degrees). Add yeast and salt to the water. In warm water, the yeast will activate and start working faster.
Add egg and oil. Mix it up. Gradually add the flour and knead the dough. You may need a little more or less flour than the recipe calls for. Therefore, focus on the consistency of the finished test.
The pizza dough is soft and plastic. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and take it to a warm place for 1 hour to rise.
While the dough is rising, prepare the ingredients for the filling. Peel and chop the onion (I use red). Cut cucumbers and sausage into circles. Wash and cut the tomato and mushrooms into slices.
Knead the resulting dough, put it on the table and start making pizza.
Roll the dough into a circle and smear the surface with tomato sauce.
Spread the mushrooms and sausage. In a separate bowl, mix the egg with the mayonnaise and pour it over the entire pizza.
Arrange the tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. Put the pizza in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 15-17 minutes. Orient yourself by the oven.
